Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Haven View Electro, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or service initiation.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defect)

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Installation/service charges (if already completed)

5. Replacement/Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once your request is approved the new replacement/exchange item will get delivered to you within 2-4 working days.
