Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

1. Processing Window: All orders undergo verification, payment authorization, and warehouse allocation. Standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days prior to dispatch and post dispatch it will take 2-4 business days for delivery to your registered address.
2. Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Special Orders & Backorders: Custom panel-ready units or specialty appliances may require extended lead times (2–6 weeks). Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated via email upon confirmation.

Special Guidelines for Heavy & Major Appliances

1. Scheduled Delivery & Delivery Window:
   • For large appliances, our freight partner will contact you via phone prior to delivery to confirm your availability.
2. Doorstep vs. Open Delivery:
   • Standard delivery includes bringing the product to your door (upto the 3rd floor if an elevator is unavailable). For higher floors without a lift, minimal extra carrying fees may apply as per the carrier’s policy.
3. Open-Box Inspection (Mandatory):
   • For major appliances, we recommend conducting an Open-Box Delivery (OBD) in front of the delivery executive.
   • Check for physical external damages (dents, cracked glass, or missing accessories) before sharing the Delivery OTP with the courier agent.
